The Gallus One now integrates all proven Gallus Labelmaster modules, offering unparalleled flexibility. Easily add, remove, or replace units up- and downstream, including flexo and screen printing, cold foiling, die-cutting and more. This advanced modularity ensures top-notch speed and quality, significantly reducing TCO and boosting profitability.
Additionally, the Gallus One is now available in 340 mm and 430 mm print widths and features an extended color gamut with additional Orange and Violet Saphira inks from HEIDELBERG. This new level of modularity, allows printers and converters to have the flexibility to compose their own bespoke print masterpiece and future-proof their business.

Flexibility and modularity
By bringing everything in line, with upstream and downstream flexo and screen printing units, cold- and hot foiling, embossing and gravure printing, as well as a die-cutting unit, the Gallus One provides very high levels of modularity, speed and quality – further reducing TCO and boosting profitability.
The new ‘plug-and-play’ approach puts converters back in control, giving them greater flexibility to build and grow their solutions, add additional capabilities or change direction as their business needs require – enabling them to improve competitiveness and respond to market changes in real time.
Ease of use
The standardized Human Machine Interface (HMI) runs across all Gallus machines and has been designed to provide the most important information at a glance.
The vision system ensures top print quality across all speeds and substrates with push-button register adjustments, live visual checks, and automatic compensation for missing nozzles and density unevenness.
All functions such as the unwinder and rewinder, ink cartridges, print heads, etc. are accessible from the front, facilitating the operator’s work.
Reliability
The automated cleaning system enhances productivity by reducing downtime, ensuring consistent print quality, minimizing manual cleaning, and reduces ink wastage through automatic ultrasonic cleaning.
The automatic splice detection, allows splices to pass all print bars without loss of register or speed, minimizing waste and increasing uptime.
The web-thickness monitoring ensures the machine to stop if the set web thickness is exceeded in order to protect the print heads from damage.
