Peak Performance die-cutting and embossing.

Mastermatrix 106 CSB.

As the newest member of Masterwork’s range of die-cutters, the Mastermatrix 106 CSB has been specifically optimized for higher machine speed (max. 9,000 sheets per hour), greater productivity, and shorter makeready times.

From the efficient production of everyday packagings to postpress for unusual carton designs in top quality.
  • The redesigned die-cutting station (camshaft drive) improves how the sheets are transported within the machine and increases the plane parallelism in the platen press.

  • The new QuickSet device takes over automatic format settings in various machine stations, thereby simplifying and shortening tool changes.

  • In the area of the blank separator, the adjustment of the non-stop rake has been revamped. The new EasyRake makes positioning and fastening the individual rake rods noticeably easier. The result is a much more user-friendly and significantly shorter makeready process.

  • A revolutionary new feature is the option to easily clamp thin cutting plates using an integrated quick-action clamping system. This means that the cutting plates no longer need to be held in place with at least four screws.

  • In addition, integration into existing machinery poses no problem: die-cutting tools from different die cutters can be used with a reasonable amount of effort.

The Mastermatrix 106 CSB has been thoroughly tested, and meets the stringent safety standards of the German professional association ETEM (Energie Textil Elektro Medienerzeugnisse). As a result, it bears the GS mark.
